Dr. Chanelle Ramsubick

MD • Psychiatrist • Founder

My interest in working with ADHD grew out of both my clinical training and my own lived experience. As a psychiatrist diagnosed with ADHD as a high-functioning adult, I came to understand how often adults—especially professionals and women—are missed, misunderstood, or rushed through care because they don’t fit a narrow definition of ADHD.

In my work, I repeatedly met people who questioned whether they had ADHD but couldn’t find a qualified clinician with the expertise to give them clear, thoughtful answers. Many had already tried medication or treatment, yet still felt confused, burned out, and unheard. ADHD was often approached as a quick diagnosis rather than explored in the context of a person’s full life—work demands, relationships, culture, trauma, and the pressure to constantly perform.

I practice differently by taking the time to truly understand each person’s story. Treatment is collaborative and comprehensive, combining medication when appropriate with practical strategies, habit formation, and accommodations that support real, sustainable change. My goal is not just symptom relief, but helping people rebuild trust in themselves and their ability to live consistently without shame or burnout.

When people feel genuinely understood, transformation follows. Patients often move from chronic self-doubt and overcompensating to clarity, confidence, and a more sustainable relationship with their work, relationships, and themselves.
